1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to BonBert, provided by RefurbMiner, René Golz. Different terms apply only where expressly agreed.
2. Service
BonBert helps private households capture and analyse receipts and make spending, price and shopping decisions. Beta features may be changed, extended or temporarily restricted.
3. No price or savings guarantee
Detected prices, comparisons and potential savings rely on available and partly automatically detected data. They are non-binding and do not replace current retailer offers or individual financial advice.
4. Accounts and user duties
Users must provide accurate information, protect login credentials and upload only receipts they are legally entitled to use. Obvious recognition errors should be corrected before further analysis.
5. Acceptable use
Illegal content, attacks against the technical infrastructure, automated extraction outside the provided features and commercial reuse without permission are prohibited.
6. Optional AI training consent
Any use of your receipt data to improve AI models is based on voluntary consent only. You can grant or withdraw this consent at any time in settings, and core app use is not conditional on consent.
7. Availability and liability
The beta does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent retention of individual features. Statutory liability remains unaffected; legally permitted limitations apply to minor negligence.
8. Termination
Users will be able to close their account once that function is available. Pricing, contract terms and cancellation details will be added before paid plans are introduced.
